"Great location a short distance from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a little backyard that made it easy to let our dog out. We appreciated the decor and thoughtful touches throughout the home (floor length mirror, lots of hooks for hanging towels, etc). My husband especially loved the Blackstone grill! We enjoyed the golf cart and the prepaid parking was such a nice perk. The little older man next door was so friendly and even saw us rinsing our chairs and gave us a nozzle to help out. Very quiet little street"

"We loved our recent stay at the Silver Palms Cottage. The property was exactly as pictured and described. It was located in the more residential area of Oak Island which was fine with us, we enjoyed the quiet away from the tourists. However, it was a short ride to the beach (10 min). There is an option to rent a golf cart onsite. The home was spotless and comfy with attention to details.
