"I expected a little better view of the water since it was so close to the river. We appreciated the Keurig coffee maker with pods since we weren't planning to buy food supplies. They gave very good suggestions about places to eat. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed. We would stay there again."

"I would give this 4.5 stars. My husband and I had a really nice time during our December visit despite the rain and cool whether. This unit is ideally located at the upper end of the North End of the island. Views from the front balcony to the beach are awesome. The beach, pier (which currently needs to be rebuilt), and Freeman Park are literally steps away from this unit. Being there in December, we did not deal with the usual tourist chaos so cannot address that impact. Lots of space for...

"Enjoyed the staff and property. Close to Southport and the coast yet close to local restaurants not just “resort” priced restaurants. Breakfast was ok but not many fruit offerings and items weren’t always refilled in a timely manner."
