This recently renovated villa (2020, refreshed in 2024) offers an open floor plan with panoramic lagoon views and a peek of the ocean. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, it’s perfect for your family getaway.

The living area is designed for comfort, features a queen-size sleeper sofa, two plush recliners, a fresh color palette, and a 65” Smart TV. The updated kitchen, complete with granite countertops and quality appliances, is fully stocked for home-cooked meals.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a 55” Smart TV. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, connecting bathroom, and a 55” Smart TV. The loft bedroom also has a queen bed, a private bath, and its own balcony with sunset views.

Villa 40 is ideal for outdoor fun. Enjoy the grill, relax in Adirondack chairs, or take a nap on the swinging bed under the deck.

Two golf carts, a four-seater and a six-seater (with rain enclosures), are provided for island transportation. Beach towels are included, along with a highchair and pack 'n play for families with young children.
