It is modern yet remains full of character, with curving walls and exposed beams. On the ground floor, there is a fantastic sitting room, large with a Smart TV. There is a reading area to the back of the room, which then backs onto a games room with a pool table.

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you should need during your stay and there is a luxurious dining room where you can enjoy a meal or play games and a glass of wine. The first floor consists of 5 bedrooms, they all boast king size beds with the 5th room also having a single. Outside the grounds of the property are a great size to enjoy garden games or parties, there is a lawned area to the side and an enclosed courtyard which houses the hot tub with LED lights and speakers which can be booked for an additional charge and a shower room. There is ample parking.

If you can tear yourself away from Dale House Farm there is a lot to explore in and around Monyash, it makes a great base for your holiday because within walking distance there is a great local-friendly pub and a cafe next door plus many walks. The closest is the High Peak trail which is also great for cycling, but another firm favourite is Monsal Head and the Tissington trail. If you want a break from walking then head into the local towns of Bakewell, Buxton and Ashbourne, or visit the stately home of Chatsworth for a great day out.
