"Me and my wedding party had an incredible stay at Friendship Ranch! The owners were amazing to work with and so accommodating! We were so pleasantly surprised to see an entire tray of snacks, small presents, and a bottle of wine was left out for our group upon arrival. It felt like the owners truly thought of everything to make our stay great. They even supplied coffee, coffee filters, tea, and flavored syrups! I’ve never stayed at a rental property that made me feel so welcomed and at home! The...

"Everything was perfect! Mornings and evenings were most enjoyable with views and being entertained with hummingbirds. The family room was our favorite as well as the comfortable bed. Coming from a huge metro city in Houston with all its noise and people, our first morning at the rental was almost "spooky" outside on deck because of the lack of noises....what a great feeling to sit outdoors and hear only silence. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to recapture the experience again."

"Charming space located on a beautiful, remote property. Quietest place on earth."

"Clean and beautiful and will stay again!!"

"We loved this place, had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely book again!"

"Clean, unique layout, perfect for a solo couple going to Red Rocks. The host was very communicative, had all the information we needed for our stay complied well and presented in an easy to understand message. Evergreen is a wonderful place, Idaho Springs is close by an also worth a visit. Will stay again when we come back to Red Rocks."

"The property provided all the basic necessities that we could ask for except that the no air conditioning made sleeping very difficult for the four nights we were there. If we kept the windows closed because of the highway noise, then it became very hot and if we open the windows again, we had the traffic noise. We particularly liked sitting on the balcony the back patio and having the mountain greenery right there at our feet with even a short path that we could use for a slight bit of...

"If you plan on booking this one, you need to know that you will NOT be alone on the property. There are permanent residents in the actual house. The space available is a basement apartment. This fact needs to be clearly presented on the listing. It was not at the time I booked.Communication through the app with the host is cut and paste, stock communication from their side. I assume you need to call them directly. We didn't bother. We arrived 30 minutes early to find two cars in the driveway. We...

"Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Only one problem and it’s really not that bad, no a/c. The evening cooled down so it was fine."

"Super cozy A frame! Very easy access to Breck!"

"Dårlig vejledning til indcheckning. Meget slidt lejlighed, defekt stikkontakt til køkken, nedslidte låger. Opbevarings skab der næsten ikke kunne åbnes fordi lågen var ved at falde af. Vand der løb ud ved vandhanen. Levede slet ikke op til billederne på Hotels. Com. Helt enkelt en skuffelse."

"This property in Golden was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The house was stocked with everything we could need to stay and cook our own meals, make coffee, and sleep comfortably. It is very convenient to take a short drive or Uber into downtown Golden; or to take a very short drive over to Red Rocks for a concert or hike. Room to sleep 3 couples 4 kids with everyone having a bed vs sleeping on a couch. We were very happy with this rental and would stay here again in the future!"
