"As stated in other reviews, the apartment is well maintained and sparkling clean. It is obvious the owner, who lives upstairs, is well invested in their guest’s experience. Although this is a basement apartment, there is plenty of natural light. There are no stairs to the apartment, which may be a plus to any older folks, such as myself.Communication with the owner was excellent."

"The best thing about this property is the amazing host! Scott helped us with a small glitch when we arrived and was incredibly responsive. He also stocked the kitchen with coffee so that our mornings were relaxed and perfect! Can’t say enough good things about this host and his lovely property."

"We absolutely love the location of this VRBO. 1 minute to the ocean and 2 minutes to the bay side. Many great restaurants a short walk from the condo. The condo itself is as described. The communication between Keeley and I was really quick. It was so nice having the beach chairs and umbrella available to us at all times. The bed was super comfy and so many pillow types to choice from which was amazing. We will definitely stay here again!"
