"My family have been here before and will always reserve an accommodation in case we visit Bacolod again. It's not very expensive and if you're after for basic amenities such as airconditioned rooms and wi-fi, this is a place for you. We feel safe being here. All the staff are very courteous and feels like family. "

"The eoom was really good. I always say there is room for improvement. The shower was full of calk but warm. Some of the shower head hole is blocked. No kettle and cups so dinky. I have seen ants and at one point the airconditioning was leaking. Toilet is functional but needs deep clean. And it could have been super. Very friendly Staff. "

"We have stayed at Ave Suites a few times and this time was the best. We got a room with a king size bed and the room appeared to have been remodeled. They have a nice restaurant, pool and spa at a reasonable price. The only knock is the lack of parking and the road noise from Lacson Street traffic."

This place is actually quite clean, and conveniently located in an area with lots of shopping and restaurants. The only flaws this place has is the lack of hot water, no elevator, and they only make-up your room if you ask. Other than that, the internet is fast, cable selection was good, and the fact that it's clean more than make up for it's flaws. Overall would definitely stay again."
