"We (two adults and two teens) just spent a weekend at the cottage. The best part of the cottage is that there are two sofa beds in the living room. My daughter and son each got their own bed, which was way better than a hotel room. Also, Andrew is a great host. He responded to my questions timely. The backyard is huge, with lovely swings and a fire pit. Unfortunately, it has been raining during our stay, so we were not able to make use of the yard much. But I can imagine that sitting on the deck...

"Great location in Lake Mokoma. I’ve stayed at 3 different properties over the past 3 yrs at LM & this is by far my favorite. Beach within walking distance and property accessible to running/walking trails throughout Lake Mokoma. Quiet in the evenings and all of the necessities were provided- towels/linens and coffee pods! Would definitely visit Katonah House again! Super enjoyed time spent reading in the evenings in the enclosed porch and happy hour on the front porch. Kayaks were available...
