"This year was our 3rd stay in this house, so we obviously love it! The lake is unbeatable. We had toddlers with us who were able to play easily in the shallow sandy lake, and the pontoon boat was a huge hit with the adults. I would like to see the owner upgrade some of the worn living room and patio furniture, though, and maybe replace the worn patched seats in the paddle boat. "The host is very nice and kept in touch with us the whole time to see if we needed anything. The house was very nice and had everything we needed and more. We had our 2 little dogs with us and it was very pet friendly which was a plus!!! Very accommodating with everything! Comfortable beds and linens. Nice area and would stay here again. "This was a last minute reservation and we were surprised that such a nice home that was pet friendly was available. The home is a 3 bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, spacious living room and nice deck and patio area in the back which accommodated 4 of us with 2 little dogs perfectly. "The location of the property is pretty good. The house is old and even worse, smells old. One of the bedrooms upstairs was decent and thank God for the deck or it had been entirely disappointment. Firepit in the back yard also helped. Furniture worn out and appliances are run down. Greasy and unpleasant to touch. The basement, i think , shouldnt even be occupied. I might be wrong but it smelled like mold and to much moisture and stagnant air. Been going to Poconos for years with my family. At...
