"My husband and I arrived earlier than expected on the day of arrival and requested luggage storage until check in. We were pleasantly surprised when they were able to check us in to our room early. We were offered snacks and beverages all day and hor d' oeurevs, wine and champagne each evening. Breakfast was good and very filling. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, assisting us with anything we needed. The Tybee room was as expected, king bed with period furnishings. The bathroom is...

"Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Amenities were awesome. Always cold bottled water, soft drinks, coffee and tea available. Breakfast were delicious! Nice courtyard area for sitting and breakfast. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood with walking ease to restaurants and shops.

Very nicely decorated and nicely stocked in the room except it could use extra blankets or an extra throw in the living room The staff at the front desk were very friendly. "Location and standard are perfect, the service from the second reception was excelent and they helped with everything. The downside was the cleaning and the valet parking. If we didnt say we went out the we got no cleaning. The valet parking do not work with a phone from another country and nobody told us before the last day. "

"This was a fantastic place to stay. Would recommend it highly to anyone coming to Savannah. Location is great about a 7 minute walk to River Street. The room was modernized, rustic clean bathroom beds were comfortable. I’m very spacious at a California king. Will definitely stay here again or sure."

"The hotel is excellent. The breakfast is fine - but there is not so much space to eat for the many people that the hotel can accommodate.
I have seen that others have written that towels were missing in the room. We experienced that too. They were removed, and then we had to go down to reception ourselves and get new ones. It wasn't a problem, but we haven't experienced it in a hotel before ;-)
There is quite a bit of unrest around the hotel, so if you want a quiet hotel, you probably shouldn't stay here.
BUT at the reception was a young man. His name is Jo/Joe and he was absolutely fantastic :-) Sweet and polite with a good sense of humor, happily fetched us towels, reassured us about the impending hurricane and was really good at small talk. The hotel is very lucky that they have him employed. He really is a star :-)"
