"Julie my wife and I stayed at kates farm for three nights for a break and a rest, we had a great break and we are totally rested. Fantastic break, Julie and Kate walking dogs every morning and evening, I kept the real fire going and that was perfect for us to sit down next to in the evening. Others said the breakfast was great and they are correct, Kates breakfast was fantastic .Kate was very attentive at all times and we felt perfectly at home."

The only criticism I have is that the decor in some areas and in our apartment was quite dated. But that isn't a deal breaker"

"I arrived early and was able to check in straight away, lovely location and room had everything you needed! Very comfy bed and friendly staff! My only niggle would be that the shower pressure wasn’t very powerful at all but it was enough for a quick shower!"

"Although the hotel was short staffed due to the Indian plane crash the owners had to go back to India due to relatives on the flight, we were very welcomed and looked after. The rooms and the communal areas were kept very clean. We would go back again next time we were in Exmouth."

"Everything we hoped it would be and more. Friendly, very helpful staff and fantastic food and service which started before we arrived. The views across the Exe are stunning and the extensive grounds beautifully kept. We plan to come back next summer so we can use the beautiful pool and croquet lawn. Loved the chilled out vibe in the Poolside restaurant. "

"Everyone should visit Manor House and West Bexington. Quiet, personal and good for your soul.
The rooms (or the room we had) had a somewhat poorer standard than the common areas. But net and clean and I had the best night sleep at Manor House during my vacation.

"Ældre hotel, som bar præg af flere års brug, slitage. morgenmad ok. receptionist som modtog os i receptionen var yderst venlig og imødekommende. Heldigvis startede de opvarmning af hotellet efter forespørgsel, da hotelværelset var ekstrem koldt. Små værelser, lidt nusset, og vinduer med mos på, med en udsigt fint var fin…"
