"A group of 7 family and friends from various places in Scotland and England stayed at Cardon House as a good place to get together.It's a lovely house and very comfortable and spacious! Wish we were staying longer. Some stunning scenery in the area and saw a red squirrel in the garden! Did not meet Caroline the host in person but spoke on the phone a couple of times, she was very helpful and friendly.Thoroughly recommend this place for a group of up to 12."

"We had a wonderful week here aided by good weather but the house and garden had enough space, equipment and facilities for rain not to have spoiled it. Everybody (82-5) enjoyed being here inclusding walks and visits both locally and further afield. The farm shop sells good meat and a variety of fresh veg as well as other deli items. Thanks so much for making this house available.."

"Fabulous well-located property. Very convenient for exploring Deeside. The large eat-in kitchen had everything we needed to cook and gather together. Plenty private spaces for spreading out and enjoying a little peace and quiet, too. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms had everything we needed. Communication with Anna was perfect throughout. Highly recommend!"

It was clean, cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 10 min walk into aviemore and 12 min drive to landmark adventure forest. The host communicted well, confirmed our booking with a personal text messge and contacted us on the day of arrival to ensure everything went smoothly. Excellent accommodation."

"We had a wonderful time as a multigenerational family plus a very active dog. This was our first holiday away from home with our dog and the enclosed garden and great lead walks close by in the woods and the layout of the house made it a perfect location for everybody to have their own space and also spend time together without being too crowded. the garden and the outdoor eating area we’re both amazing and we were able to host friends for dinner in a very relaxed way. "Stayed for a week with my dog. Brilliant location in a quiet area but easily walkable to town. Lovely trail right next to the property. Close to lots of walks and attractions. Comfy bed and had everything we needed. Simmie was really lovely and had excellent communication. Really enjoyed it! "
