"Very large room and bathroom size. Historic building but modern bath and very comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly. Great breakfast and happy hour. Water across street and in historic St. Augustine. Only downside is parking -- either parallel parking across from inn on busy street with meter that starts at 8 am and goes to 9 pm OR free parking that is 4 blocks away. In heat & humidity the 4 blocks seems like a lot especially when dressed for dinner. Stairs to 2nd floor are steep. Overall,...

"Great location for a visit in St Augustine on the waterfront of the bay just outside the historic quarter and right after The Lion Bridge.
Complimentary afternoon snack in the lobby on our arrival and delicious homemade cookies. The receptionist Ellen is very friendly and helpful.
Our only complaint is the poor and very unstable internet connection in the room. We hope that will be improved and upgraded, as we have met fantastic highspeed internet in most of the other hotels on this trip."

"The hotel is in a great location with lots of food and shopping within walking distance. All of the staff were lovely. The pool/gym could use some attention but were still fine. The shower handle in our room was a little wonky but again not a big deal. We didn’t eat at the restaurants but they looked busy. The valets were fast and super nice. They even told us about the golf club associated with the hotel and my husband and son played and loved it.

"Exemplary beach motel that exceeded expectations. It was clean and smelled very nice on arrival. The room came well stocked with both bath towels and Turkish towels for the beach (which I didn't use, because I brought my own). There was a fridge with plenty of space for some drinks and leftovers, as well as a microwave to heat those leftovers. The room also came with dishes and silverware, a coffeepot, and the motel's very own branded coffee (which was quite good!). King bed was comfortable....

"The room very spacious but I loved the most was the incredible attentive staff. From the front desk to the breakfast area, they all seemed happy to be there and we so friendly and helpful. Would totally go back to this hotel. "
