Weekend getaway

Properties were great, clean and up-kept. Both tiny homes’ kitchens equipped nicely. We were greeted with refreshments and snacks on each tiny home. Overall great experience and great host communication. Just with the water level was higher…

Will be back to “The Tinies!”

The property was amazing … so many places to hang out! Decks, couches, picnic tables, fire pit and swinging chairs. I was so focused on tiny houses when I rented I did not realize how magnificent the property was! Easy walk down to pier with deep water. Kayaks and Lilly pad were there (too cold for us to use but we will be back)! Houses were charming and very comfortable. High end bedding and great views of water. Pat was very accommodating and easy to work with!

Texas did not disappoint!

We had family and friends at three different properties, but everyone spent all of their time at the tiny homes! Spacious and plenty of places to hang out. The dock was beautiful. Kayaks, zip line, and trampoline added hours of entertainment. Inside tiny homes were beautiful and so comfortable. I’m looking forward to doing it again next year!!

Awesome Vacation

This was probably the best place I’ve stayed! We had the best time at the lake. Very attentive to all the comforts of a vacation. I would definitely recommend the tiny homes and will be booking next year!

Amazing Property!

I stayed at the tiny homes with 6 other friends and we had a blast! Pat and Stephanie were extremely responsive to any requests/concerns that we had. Between the lake and all the yard games, there was never a full moment. I regret our hesitance to jump off the trapeze on the dock- we couldn’t get enough of it once we tried it. The tiny homes themselves were nice and clean, and although “tiny,” they had everything we needed and stayed very cool during the hot days. Sitting around the fire each night was a great way to finish the day. 10/10 would visit again. Thanks, Pat and Stephanie!

The Perfect Lake Travis Getaway

We absolutely loved this property! We stayed in Tiny 2 with our 5-year old and my older parents stayed in Tiny 1. These homes are so clean and well equipped. The owner, Pat, was so kind and helpful! Super responsive! The property is spacious and is full of things for kids and adults alike. When our daughter wasn’t at the dock swimming, we she was outside playing on the trampoline or zip line. Each night we grilled out, made s’mores on the Fire pit and watches the sunset on the lake. The dock was an easy short walk down a few steps- nothing like the high cliff side docks that many Lake Travis have. This arrangement was perfect for my elderly dad, our five year old and myself who is 8-months pregnant. The dock was great and made for lots of swimming time and a great place to store our boat while we were visiting! We will definitely return! This is a really special place!

Amazing as usual!

The kids and ourselves literally adore these beautiful homes. They’ve asked to go back multiple times and each time we have a blast! The property is beautiful! Far enough from the city that you don’t get all the crazy chaos but close enough you still reap the benefits. You have everything you could need, Pat and Stephanie are always amazing and willing to help! We’ll continue to make family trips out here!

Lake Travis Family Vaca

Fabulous property and wonderful hosts! We spent 4 nights at the Tiny Homes and loved every minute of it. Our trip had a glamming vibe with all the amenities of a home. The dock and kayaks were so fun. We loved spending time playing games in the yard and enjoyed evening around the fire pit. Really a unique find. The hosts were super easy to work with and very accommodating. Definitely a do-over!!

Tiny homes experience

This place had all the things! The tiny homes were so cute and clean. Stephanie and Patrick made sure they accommodated to every need. From snacks and drinks in the kitchen to fun games and activities for the kids. We all enjoyed the firepit at night and the boat dock during the day. Great place for couples and teenagers. Amazing spot on Lake Travis

The tiny houses were situated on a beautiful spot right in Lake Travis. We arrived late on a Thursday evening to a beautifully lit property and found all sorts of wonderful treats inside waiting for us. The Walshes go above and beyond as hosts, thinking of everything to make your stay as comfortable and fun as possible. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the zip line, basketball court and trampoline. Despite the weather being less than optimal, we couldn’t resist a jump into the water off the trapeze. There is so much outdoor space to enjoy including a firepit. Although, tiny, the houses provided all creature comforts in a very stylish way. Thank you again for a great stay!

Lake Travis Adventure

From the moment we got there , we were running late for check in, Pat made the time to give us a full tour of the beautiful property. The countless amenities like snacks, cleaning supplies and all outside activities made our stay one of best by far. Traveling with 4 kids, 2 of them being sick is definitely not easy but all of kids and ourselves had an amazing time. This was one of our first times not staying in downtown Austin and we absolutely adored everything about these homes.

Tiny Homes Lake Travis

Beautiful property. A bit off the beaten path, but this was exactly what we wanted for this holiday vacation. The homes were well equipped, comfortable and everything was very convenient. Yet we felt we were having an outdoor experience. Our hosts were available for any questions, but it wasn't needed because all was very clear. A ton of games and activities for our boys. We would love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the Lake even more.

Paradise on Lake Travis

Upon arriving, I was greeted by the homeowner Pat and I was absolutely blown away by this property. As typical when using a rental, we brought our own chairs, floats, & lawn games. However, these were left in the car all weekend as the property already had more than enough of these items. We were pleased to find an assortment of snacks and drinks that were already waiting for us in each tiny house. The zip line is great and it can be used by both kids and adults. The trapeze on the dock was our primary reason for selecting this property and it did not disappoint. This is the best rental that I have ever stayed at.

Perfect Property

Highly recommend staying at the Tiny Houses. Great view of the lake, huge fire pit, Private dock. The houses have everything you need. They even stock toiletries shampoo, conditioner etc . Great little snacks! If you are looking for a relaxing stay on the lake go to tiny houses!!

Lake vacation

Our tiny home Lake Travis vacation getaway was great! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed in the homes, including bedding, towels, condiments, coffee, smores ingredients, etc. Outside there is lots to do. My kids enjoyed the zip-line and the trampoline in the shaded yard, and we all enjoyed making smores around the wood burning fire pit. There was tons of seating to choose from. The best part of the trip was going out on the lake! The owners supplied a tube, a floating mat and we loved using the trapeze swing off the dock. You can also rent a wakesetter boat through the homeowner, and they will have it at the dock for you. We enjoyed being out on the water without having to travel to get the boat. Patrick was also kind enough to teach my son to water surf! If you are looking for a relaxing, rustic, carefree vacation, check out these tiny homes on Lake Travis.

Oasis during interesting times!

So many positives to share - picturesque/tranquil setting, clean and well stocked homes, deer roaming freely in quiet neighborhood, and a ton of activities to offer a family. We had so much at our disposal to do each day to include zip lining, trampoline, kayaking, outdoor games, boating, and the trapeze off the boat dock which became hands down the favorite activity (not for faint of heart)! Houses were just as pictures showed and hosts were quick to respond and graciously gave us a tour of the property upon arrival. Beds were comfortable, kitchens were fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and more (hosts offered a wonderful basket of goodies)! Definitely one of the best properties we have stayed at and look forward to returning.

Family friendly in great spot on Lake Travis

The tiny's are perfect for families with kids looking to kick back and relax in a lakefront setting. Between the shady trees and the sundeck there was plenty of room to be outdoors and enjoy the quiet and beautiful Austin spring weather. The water sports equipment was perfect for just the right amount of activity, The interiors are comfortably and well maintained. Note: If you don't have a sense of adventure for climbing up to your loft bedroom, this isn't your place. Also, the well water has a sulfur smell that may not suit some for their showering. Otherwise, the hosts are incredibly helpful and they've done a great job setting up the tiny's for convenience and comfort.

A little slice of heaven...

This is an AMAZING property! The owners make it so welcoming and the hospitality is second to none. The tiny homes were spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more! My kids LOVED the water and the land equally, as there was just so much to do on both. My boys went out on the kayaks each night and fished, returning to a nightly fire with smores. If you are looking for a special place to unwind and reconnect with your family, this is it! We had SO MUCH FUN that we are already planning our next visit! Thanks again, Pat & Stephanie!

Incredible Location and Fantastic Experience

Stayed the weekend with my brother-in-laws, and was not disappointed! The photos and description don't do this place justice; it's right on the lake in a quiet and safe part of the lake, and have plenty to do if you're an adult or a kid. We didn't have to worry about preparing or bringing a bunch of stuff with us; the place had everything we needed to fish, kayak, float, grill, play basketball, roast marsh mellows, and enjoy the memorial day weekend. I will for sure be renting this location again soon!

Great Stay!!

We had a great time in the tiny homes! Stephanie and Pat are great host and answered all of our questions very fast! The property and homes are perfect for a weekend lake trip. Stephanie even went above and beyond to have cupcakes waiting for us as we were celebrating birthdays! Couldn't have asked for a better weekend!
