Nestled into a private inlet on the pristine shores of Lake Travis in Lago Vista, the J-Bar-J Lodge has amenities galore awaiting your arrival. Only available from April through September each year, she is built for lake life but is also a magnificent destination even without getting on the water. The Location:
J-Bar-J Lodge boasts a location that's nothing short of breathtaking. Set within yards of the main body of water, and yet tucked into a private cove, the location promises both impressive views as well as seclusion from the main lake area. This private gem offers unrivaled tranquility, as well as multiple perspectives of Central's Texas' most popular recreation lake. NOTE: The lake is currently 39% full, which means our the water level is below where we can safely have guests traverse to the boathouse from the shore. This note will be updated when those conditions are no longer in place.

Luxury Accommodations:
J-Bar-J Lodge offers a bounty of amenities and views. The home can comfortably accommodate up to 10, yet you will never feel crowded. There are three uniquely adorned rooms on the main floor as well as a fourth bedroom downstairs adjoining the spacious game room and bar area. Every bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom space. The interior is elegantly furnished with attention to every detail, providing an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. There is a fully-equipped kitchen upstairs and practically one downstairs by the bar as well. But the real star of the show, however, is the views from the equally spacious balconies and patio spaces outside...including a gazebo covered outdoor kitchen closer to the lake.

The J-Bar-J Lodge offers a wide range of activities and amenities to make your stay exceptional:

- Private Boat Dock: The property includes a private boat dock, making it normally an incredibly convenient starting location for boating, fishing, and water sports on Lake Travis. CURRENTLY with the lake being down to 39% full, access to the boat ramp is not convenient...so please tailor your expectations..
- Outdoor kitchen area with fully covered dining is magical in the evenings as you watch the sunset over the lake. There is both gas and charcoal grilling available via this setup.
- We offer a wonderful hot tub experience for relaxation when the weather is not too hot.
- There is over 1,000 square feet of limestone decking strewn across the landscape offering one brilliant viewing location after another!
- We offer a wide open, spacious basketball court with from enough to get the whole family playing!
- Game Room & Bar downstairs. Fun for adults and kids alike, the downstairs game-room comes with a billiard table as well as a karaoke setup for the next Beyonce to hone their skills! Pour your favorite libations from the bar as well!
- Build a fire during the cool weather in our private fire pit: Share stories under the starry Texas sky.
