Experience our stunning deep waterfront villa on a private island. Enjoy lake views from the top floor with elevator access. Relax in swimming pools, hot tubs, and sauna. Stay active with the fitness center, salon spa, pickle ball or tennis courts then enjoy our weekend restaurant. The space
We have been blessed with this lakefront villa! We know you’ll love it!

One master bedroom, with a queen bed and a 3rd floor balcony over looking the beautiful lake. We also have a double/full-size sofa bed for two more guests to total 4.

Our unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedroom and bath.

We don’t have gas burning appliances. So, no need for a carbon monoxide detector.

Covered parking is on the ground level. One reserved parking space for overnight guests, with additional daytime-only "guest visitors” spaces as well.

The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, enjoy wildlife, and enjoy breathtaking sunset views over the lake.

There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg. Check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby. Or, enjoy a wine tasting at Flat Creek Winery.
Guest access
We will provide check-in information prior to your arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking space, and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk check-in is not required and allows you to arrive and access the condo late at night if necessary).
