The space
Our place is just a 5-10 minute walk to fine (or low brow) dining and bars and and a 5-minute drive to the heart of downtown, East 6th Street, and Rainey Street. The property is nestled on a quiet street, giving you a peaceful, comfortable, and spacious oasis that's walking distance to bars, dining, and even downtown.

We try to set our property apart. No bunk beds, polyester bedding, or hastily thrown together decorations from Walmart (well...maybe a few that are cool). We've remodeled and built the whole property to be something to enjoy. The owner lived in the main home for years and hosted many guests and parties prior to transitioning the space for others to enjoy, so you are getting a true Austin vibe.

With a total of 15+ beds spread across the three homes, there's ample sleeping and relaxing space, making it an ideal choice for either large groups or close-knit gatherings. Each home comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, complete with every appliance you could want, glassware for large parties, and an abundance of utensils. A coffee maker and coffee are provided to kickstart your morning in every home.

The main house features two living areas connected by a kitchen, creating the perfect gathering space in the morning. The main living room is retro stylish with a dining area, a big comfy couch, a 3 seat bar, and a record player loaded with a bunch of vinyl records. The second living room has a lager 50" TV with Netflix and HBO. We even have an original Nintendo to hook up for a trip down retro lane.

The Modern Guesthouse has an 80" projector for group entertainment at night – perfect for movie nights and an extra large dining table for group gatherings.

The Cozy Casita is a great place for privacy and comfort, or extra sleeping space. You'll find a a small TV connected to Roku, and a mini Nintendo hooked up to the TV for a fun night in.

For modern convenience the property has 3 full washers/dryers, G-fiber internet (500 mbps) with a mesh router system to keep signal strong at every corner, and there is a Level 2 EV charging station down the block.

Just three blocks away, you'll find a charming row of neighborhood bars, including the cozy Kind Bee cocktail bar that hosts bands and comedy shows, a Japanes speakeasy cocktail lounge (Trona), and OFF track Sports Bar.

A brief 5-10 minute walk will take you to the Rosewood entertainment district, home to highly-rated restaurants, bars, and the iconic Franklin's BBQ. A bit further with a 15-20 minute walk, or a quick 4-minute cab ride, to East 6th street and beyond, where you'll find yourself within reach of downtown and Rainey Street.
