Welcome to the Austin Escape on Lake Travis by ABOVE Vacation Residences. This home boasts rustic charm and modern decor. Enjoy a game of ping pong on the back patio while you grill up a feast. You can spread out the fun by enjoying the lounges by the pool and the pool house bar nearby. We are happy to manage a fire in the beautiful firepit overlooking the shores of Lake Travis. There is an exercise room for guest use as well. The kitchen features gourmet appliances and is open to the large dining table nearby. With 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this property is perfect for your family or friend group. This property is regularly set for 13 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 19 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. This Estate is pet-friendly with Owner approval.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.

Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $500 to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.

No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from ABOVE Vacation Residences.
