"House was located close to the things we wanted to see on our vacation. The house was big enough for our family of 5 to stay in and the price was GREAT. House had all the appliances, dishes, and features we needed. If we visit the area again we will be booking again. I've given 5 star review because I believe it is deserved. I do have some suggestions if the owners want to improve a few things. (These are things I would look at improving if I owned it.) The driveway pad could be a little...

"Highly recommend this property, it was clean, quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds! They had towels, stocked kitchen, shampoo/conditioner/body wash...the backyard is quaint and enjoyable. Renters were prompt and friendly with communication and the check out tasks were so minimal. We will recommend this to all our friends that go to this area!"

"We were in town visiting family and found this home to be the perfect location and size. Great location to historic downtown and to Cincinnati. The house is spacious and clean. Also nicely decorated. We weren’t sure of the check out expectations, but we cleaned up appropriately just like at any other rental. A suggestion would be to leave detailed instructions at the home. "This property is beautifully decorated with a large yard and deck overlooking the property. The hot tub was great, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Adam was very responsive to messages, and the house is convenient to many downtown Cincinnati attractions and the village of Northside that has lots of great shops and restaurants. The driveway up to the house is very steep, so expect to need 4WD in winter weather, but there is adequate parking for 2-3 cars once you reach the top."
