"Such a cute house. We loved sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs to have our coffee in the crisp fall mornings. Kitchen was fully equiped. Love the open floor plan. This is our second stay at one of their properties and we will be booking for our family visit next year aa well. "

"It was a perfect house for our family to stay in for the week. Great bedroom spaces, very nice kitchen. It’s in a cute area with some great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. "

"It was clean, beds were comfortable and there were many unexpected extras like coffee, snacks, water. Beer and soda for purchase, qtips, cotton balls,, body wash, shampoo and cream rinse, makeup remover pads, toothpaste and toothbrushes. Also plenty of toilet paper and very easy to get into. Having a light on the porch is fantastic because I’ve arrived at other places at night like this time and there was no light so you’re digging for your phone to turn the flashlight on. "Great communication, had a couple of leaks and shower flooded but the maintenance came right away to fix it. Overall clean, AC/Heat unit in each room, big kitchen, wonderful sitting area and decor."

"We LOVED our stay near Sunset Bluffs. The house was beautiful and the kitchen had more than we needed to make anything we wanted. The fireplace was amazing at heating up the living room when a cold snap came through, and the holiday decorations were such an unexpected surprise! So beautiful! The gentle green hills and open spaces were so beautiful, and brought so many different birds to the property. My son loved running around the backyard, and there was even a playground set for him to swing...

"Our host Rachel had wonderful communication, explaining everything thoroughly, and offering assistance with suggestions of things to do, places to eat, and local shopping. She touched base several times during our visit to ask how things were going and check if we needed anything. She was amazing!"
