"Excellent location for the sea, estury and town all close by. Property older traditional 1950's place with original features. Basic facilities but all there, could have done with another loo as there were five of us and could sleep eight. Would stay again."

"The house was great and easily accommodated 6 adults 3 kids. The outside yard and kids playground kept the kids entertained and was big enough that we didnt have to worry about them too much. The location to Witchcliffe was a short 10 minute drive with lovely quaint shops. Would definitely stay there again"

"The house was perfect for our extended family with young children as there are no internal stairs. Views are second to none . Just a bit confusing when they say 5 bathrooms . There is one large bathroom and one toilet in the main house and an ensuite bathroom in the separate room that is outside the house . We had a great time and think we will be back ."

"Ashani house is beautifully maintained inside and out. Huge balcony on the second story over looking the Blackwood river and ocean. Very spacious and lots of room for friends and family. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Augusta."
