"Good place overall "

"The staff was excellent in the front and they approved my reservation on Expedia to be canceled as I needed. I had reserved a week out and I needed the room the moment I was there in the front. The manager booked the reservation for me that night and I had somewhere to stay without getting double booked. I will continue to stay here every weekend I come to San Antonio, Texas! "

"Clean room, parking was good but calling at 11:01 saying check out is at 11 is crazy. Not even an 5 star hotel will do that. Understand check out is at 11 but when kids are involved it’s a little hard with timing. Mind you we left at 11:05. Other than making sure you leave at 11am sharp place wasn’t too bad especially by the hospital which we needed. "

"Las condiciones generales son malas, el hotel es viejo y descuidado, en las habitaciones hay cucarachas pequeñas, el desayuno fue malo, 1 dia no tuvimos agua caliente debido a quw se les descompuso el boiler. Falta mantenimiento, limpieza y mejor cara del personal"
