A very central family-friendly apartment with 2-bedrooms. This bright and clean apartment features a studio kitchen with hob, lounge area and views onto Karangahape Road. Oven available in shared facilities. On-site parking is included.

This apartment is part of a unique space on Queen St, the apartments are grouped together and share paid laundry facilities. This apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and bunk beds in the second room) and lounge / kitchen area. A perfect spot to crash after a busy day sight seeing!

Guests have private access to their own apartment, plus shared access to the communal facilities.

Guests have total privacy, however our aim is to make sure you have the best stay possible. If there is anything you need during your stay please let us know by messaging through your booking platform. We respond to requests from 8am to 8pm every day.

If you are travelling in a larger group, please let us know as we can book apartments next to each other.
- Please keep noise to a minimum between 9pm and 8am
- If you set the smoke detector off in your apartment, do not open your door to the corridor. Open windows where possible, use the extractor fan or air conditioning. If you open the door to the corridor, the fire brigade will be called and you will have to pay a $1,500 fine.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry.
