Summary:
Great location this spacious 2 bdrm (+ fold out extra bed ) apartment has just had a face lift; fresh new paint & new carpet. Right opp the Hilton you are in the prime position on Princes Wharf. Accommodates 5 guests. .Short stroll to the finest dining establishments & the heart of the Viaduct & CBD. Close to business & transport hubs & motorway on & off ramps. Perfect apartment for your stay in Auckland. Fully kitted out and equipped to make your stay easy.

The Space:
Once inside the apartment you have bedroom one in front of you, second bedroom and bathroom and laundry cupboard to your right. Step into the spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area with floor to ceiling ranch sliders that draw you to the large balcony and views outside. The light and morning sun stream in. The balcony, which runs the length of the apartment,is a great spot to start your day with a morning coffee or chill out on after a day exploring or working in Auckland. Take in the views to the harbour. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen to ensure you have a very pleasant & easy stay. Two good sized bedrooms & comfy beds. The heat pump / air conditioning allows you to control the temperature to just how you like it. This is your home away from home. There is a fold out put up bed available for that extra person. Please ask us about the extra bed as we will need to provide linen (additional charges may apply).

Guest Access:
Check in is convenient via lock box at the Luggage Hotel based on Princes Wharf.
Full check in details will be sent to you 1 day before you are due to arrive.

The Neighborhood:
Princes Wharf is right in the heart of the Viaduct, Aucklands most desired real estate with an array of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. The buzzing Wynyard Quarter development is within a 10 minute walk and the new Commercial Bay establishment across the road offers high end retail and a wide range of classy food options. Enjoy harbour side walks around the marina, the ferry building is 5 mins walk and the Britomart transport hub for buses and trains is very close by.

Getting Around:
The iconic Auckland ferry building is 5 mins walk with regular ferry services to some of Aucklands most pristine islands. The Britomart transport hub for buses and trains is very close by and taxis are all available at the entrance to Princes Wharf. The Auckland Explorer Bus is the city's original hop on hop off sightseeing tour and pick up is across the road from Princes Wharf. Explore Auckland's top attractions in your own time and enjoy interesting commentary and friendly service along the way.

Other Things to Note:
Pre - check in requirements: Before check -in, we will require a separate form to be fully completed with ID provided for the main guest. For payments made directly with Pillo, payment must be by the booker only and we require to sight the credit card used prior to check in.

We know you will be respectful of our property and the neighbours but we want to make it very clear to you BEFORE you book, the property & booking restrictions & policies.
Please be advised that for violations of the house and building rule(s) of this property, you agree to Airbnb charging you for the violations without your consent once we are able to provide valid documentation. All charges are + GST.
• NO PARTIES / GATHERING / EVENTS (formal or informal unless pre- approved by Pillo)
• NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR. Please be respectful of all residents in the building & surrounding area in terms of noise level & behaviour, including all areas inside, outside any balcony/deck, common areas & on the street. There is a noise CURFEW from 10pm to 9am.
• NO illegal substances or activity are allowed
• No smoking, vaping or e- cigarettes

Pillo violation charge for any breach is $250 (per breach) plus any building management & or security charges ($250 per notification) & any additional third party charges relating to the breach. If there is a party /event or gathering then the property is automatically spring cleaned including a full carpet clean. Guest charge is min $450.
• CLEANING: The cleaning fee pays for a light clean & laundering of linen. Should the apartment require more than the standard clean, guests will be charged extra for the cleaning and rubbish removal of $200. If carpet requires cleaning because of your actions, an additional $200 is payable.
• If you LOCK YOURSELF OUT / LOOSE A KEY or swipe you are responsible for any charges the Building management and Pillo may charge for your re-entry and replacement costs
• NO PETS are allowed on the premises unless pre – approved by Pillo
• SOFA-BED: Please request use of any additional beds. There is a minimum charge for supply and laundering of additional bed linens.
• Sorry, this property cannot be used for receiving mail or packages
• Please read house & appliance INSTRUCTIONS. Your questions may be answered in there!

Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests space but are available when needed. Pillo manages this property on behalf of the owners & we are available 24/7 for urgent requests (only) & just a phone call, text, or e-mail away during business hours (8.30 am to 7 pm) If we are called out outside of these hours there may be a callout fee may apply.

Waterfront apartment

Great location. Parking expensive but so is all of Auckland. Forms to fill out for the check in process felt very onerous. Apartment generally nice but the curtains are shabby.

Sunny Spot at the Harbor

We loved our week in this bright, clean and well equipped apartment. Convenient location on the harbor made it super easy to get ferries to our island tours. Close to grocery stores as well. We would definitely stay again.

Great Downtown Apartment

Super place to stay with great access to downtown Auckland. We loved the layout and decor of the apartment and found it very convenient for a visit to Auckland. Access to the public transport network of ferries and buses was very easy.

This was a great property. Excellent location for the FIFA World Cup. Had all the basics in the kitchen. My kids liked the hot chocolate that was provided.

Perfect central stay

Great value. Location excellent. 2 queen bedrooms plus large kitchen. Only thing missing was wine glasses!
