"This is a great place to stay. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Communication is quick and timely. The location is great for wandering into town to bars, restaurants and the waterfront. Short covered walk to the market for coffee and breakfast. Highly recommended this place for a short stay in the Port City."

"The room was absolutely beautiful! Amazing place to stay, walking distance to a lot of places. The restaurant down stairs and store made it easy to get food and other things. Laundry was easily accessible. All around amazing, will def be staying there again"

"The room was beautifully appointed in the heritage style. It featured a full kitchen and an air tub in the bathroom. There were towels folded into bird and fan shapes. The property has complimentary laundry on each floor and is conveniently located near the waterfront. There is a parkade across the street."

"Lovely clean apartment in a quiet part of town. The kitchen and washer/dryer were really important amenities for me. Ideal for traveling to appointments in Corner Brook. Excellent communication with the owner. Thanks Mark!"

"The property was in a convenient location for us and easy to get to. It was clean and spacious. There was a minor issue with the small refrigerator but the host communicated with us about it and it didn’t affect our plans. The view from the apartment out to the lake is beautiful and the icing on the cake was a tableaux of deer on the lawn in the morning sun. Because of a wedding and pre-wedding party we attended during our stay, we did not spend as much time enjoying the rental as we might have...

"We are very happy with our stay. The room was great, and very clean. Thank you!"

"The place is very cozy, it has a cozy home feel too it. An awesome place to stay if you need a place to stay in Deer Lake! Probably going to book there again next time I am out that way."

"Very lovely spot. Quiet and clean. We were very happy staying here. Owner was helpful and accommodating. No issues and would recommend others to stay here if they are looking for a place to stay outside of the city. Well located to airport. Air conditioning might be something to add in the future as the temperature can rise in summer. The fans helped to move air around. But it was not a huge problem."

"Very nice accommodation - comfortable beds and very close to fabulous Rockwood Park with lots of trails. Location was easy to get around for groceries restaurants etc. The kitchen had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our visit!"

"We spent a week in St. John. The place is comfortable, cozy, and accessible. I communicated with the host by text. They are very discreet. My wife would have liked some shelves on the wall. Overall, we believe it was a great value for money! Many thanks to the hosts!"

"It is not worth the value. Poor internet. It was a very small room. Too expensive for the price. Not quiet at all. I could hear the family owning the place already at 7:00 am because of their young kids."

"The apartment is quite spacious and all the details for comfort are looked after. The unit opens on to a nice private space the leads to trails and the nearby River Philip. A peaceful and charming location."

"A Lovely, Comfortable, and Well-Maintained Place! This is a lovely and inviting space, part of a newly constructed property. Everything is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. We chose this place for our five-day getaway to escape the daily rush, relax, reflect, and plan for the days ahead. It has been a wonderful setting for exactly that! The accommodation is fully self-contained and well-equipped. My wife particularly appreciated the kitchen, which had all the...

"This host was great at answering any questions we had. Their place appears to be quite new. Nice and clean. Some noise from whoever lives upstairs, but not a big concern. We appreciated the fruit basket that was provided. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The king size bed was super comfy and we slept well. The quiet and serenity of the location suited us perfectly. The Hot tub was clean and we stargazed as we soaked. The views are awesome as we watched the tides roll in and out. The three stories were not an issue for us in our upper 60s. Hanging out in the upper level was a highlight of our stay. We will definitely return if we are in the area again."
