"We stayed in the Beluga room on the main floor close to the entrance. It is very tight for two adults and luggage. It is also right next to the kitchen where breakfast is prepared at 7am.
The washroom was well appointed, spotless and had great flow in the shower.
Good breakfast with lively conversation."

"We didn’t get a good impression when we went to check in as no one was there. We stood there for 15-20 minutes but no one came. We rang the bell and phoned, but still no one answered. Finally, we called and left a message and the owner came from the back to check us in. The staircase to the upstairs (first impression for visitors) was filthy. We get it, people come in with their shoes on, but first impressions mean a lot. The breakfast was okay and we were happy he asked about dietary...

"We booked the hotel because it had a restaurant and bar and close to Sydney when we got there we were informed that there was a special event and the restaurant was closed as also was the bar we were told they could not get us any type of dinner till 730 which was extremely disappointing so we had to drive in and find a restaurant to go to after a very long day driving so it was a great disappointment
