"Only two stars for the room because of the comfort of the bed and the room which were very new and modern. No service at all for the two nights I stayed there. They didn’t even made the bed, cleaned the room og filled up the coffee. There’s a lot of noise 24/7 from the hotel across the street. The ventilation system was so noisy it could even be heard when the balcony door was closed. Furthermore they had their parking space there too. "The staff was super-friendly and inviting. I couldn't stop talking about how charming this place was, nestled right in the shadow of the Trop. Our room was very clean, and bathroom toiletries were provided. We enjoyed a great complimentary breakfast before we departed on Sunday. I would definitely recommend to all of my friends."

"For the stay there was NO HOT WATER. Waffle machine was NOT WORKING, so the breakfast was ruined. If I knew the condition at the hotel I would cancel and go somewhere else. It was dishonest that NO ONE inform us that there was NOT HOT WATER. "

"Very disappointed with my stay here at the Clarion. The staff wasn’t helpful at all. Checkout was a joke. I waited to hand in my key cards and my parking pass and the attendant was on the phone and waved me off and did nothing. If I’m charged for anything other than a regular checkout, I will be very angry. The guest staying nearby weren’t loud and obnoxious at all hours and nothing was done. The breakfast was very poor. It was not a comfortable stay at all and I will not be back."
