"Only two stars for the room because of the comfort of the bed and the room which were very new and modern. No service at all for the two nights I stayed there. They didn’t even made the bed, cleaned the room og filled up the coffee. There’s a lot of noise 24/7 from the hotel across the street. The ventilation system was so noisy it could even be heard when the balcony door was closed. Furthermore they had their parking space there too. Cars and trucks coming and going at all time honking and...

"The staff was super-friendly and inviting. I couldn't stop talking about how charming this place was, nestled right in the shadow of the Trop. Our room was very clean, and bathroom toiletries were provided. We enjoyed a great complimentary breakfast before we departed on Sunday. I would definitely recommend to all of my friends."

"For the stay there was NO HOT WATER. Waffle machine was NOT WORKING, so the breakfast was ruined. If I knew the condition at the hotel I would cancel and go somewhere else. It was dishonest that NO ONE inform us that there was NOT HOT WATER. "

"The hotel has rooms that people are staying long term. They have signs in their windows saying "by all means, do not knock on the door." It was loud all night. Yelling and banging. Someone even knocked on the bathroom window while we were there. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the microwave was missing a knob to set the heat. The door to the room locked, but to be honest needed another lock for security. We passed many homeless and strung out people on the walk to the boardwalk. "
