The Check in staff was rude , unprofessional , poorly trained. They could not even check me in for the right dates or handle me paying the outstanding amount owing in cash. They charged the amount owing upon my check in on to my credit card even though I told them I wanted to pay that amount in cash first When I pointed out the error to the check in clerk and asked her to cancel the transaction , she said she could not. This error by the clerk cost me additional service fees on my card. She did not care. The clerk presented me with a form to sign. I said I I asked to speak to the Manager. The Manager came , listened to my complaint and said the transaction could not be cancelled. During my conversation with the Manager the clerk rudely walked away. The Manager was basically useless. Neither the clerk , nor the Manager apologized. My room was not cleaned the next day , nor were the towels replaced. I went down to the Front desk to raise my concerns about no fresh towels , my bed was not made nor was the room cleaned. The clerk was just as rude as the check in clerk and said they do not make the bed , or replace the towels , or clean the room during the stay. I could get fresh towels if I requested them daily. I had to pay Resort Fees even though the pool and spa were closed , not even a newspaper in the lobby and parking was a additional fee. I received nothing for my resort fees. The Resort Fees should be refunded.Casino Mens Washrooms were horrible.Nomoreroom
