From the outside looking in, everything was great. Check-in was great. Loved the warm cookie. Staff was kind. However, the hotel - from the lobby to our floor and room - smelled horrible, like a wet, moldy carpet. Staff was kind enough to spray the room, but that didn't last through the night. When we called to order food from the onsite cafe, no one answered, so we had to go to the lobby. Also, room service didn't start until 10 am. So, when we needed an extra wash cloth (which should have already been in the room), we were told to go to the front desk. Just not the best service.
