"It was a wonderful place to stay. The valet parking was great until they didn’t bring the car in time and we missed our flight home. We were able to book another flight the next day and the hotel gave us the night free! Call well in advance for your car if you have a time deadline to meet."

"Upon arrival, the vibe was VERY unorganized, i.e., no carts to take luggage upstairs and the front desk staff sent ME on a wild goose chase all around the hotel on different floors to look for one, and NOT one in sight when we checked out and had to make several trips to the car, VERY inconvenient for guests!! Our bathroom shower leaked all over the floor, the picture on the wall fell off and stabbed my thigh leaving a huge purple bruise. Just to name a few reasons for this review. Check in was...
