"The house was exactly as described. The beds were comfy, the view was beautiful. 7 friends came together in this cozy house! We had to download an app so we would know what all the bird calls were. We watched the loons and other waterfowl all weekend. We will be back next year!"

"We were greeted by a very friendly cat named Smoky. The place was beautiful! Our son and grandson came to visit and loved being able to feed the horses. We were able to visit family and see Christmas lights in Pigeon Forge. Very peaceful. "

"This house is a clean home suitable for a fishing vacation. The bathroom is a little small, and we noticed it had a sulfur smell. We did buy water to use for cooking and coffee pot.The parking area is small also. It was a tight fit to park a truck and boat. Otherwise, everything was fine."

"Loved staying at River’s Cabin with our family for Spring Break. Lots to explore and close to Maryville, Townsend, and the National Park."

"This cottage was adorable and perfect for an overnight stay! It was spacious and clean! Great shower pressure and comfy bed! Had difficulties finding the cottage at night. Before getting to the large private drive, you will make an immediate left (it will look like you’re driving into someone’s driveway) but the cottage will be on the right! Already planning a trip back and WILL book this again! Brian was quick to respond and extremely easy to communicate with! :)"

"My wife & I stayed at this house for a long Easter weekend while visiting our son at the University of Tennessee. We were 20 minutes from his apartment near campus and the drive to and from this house to campus was simple. The house was perfect for us and our dog. The kitchen has everything one would need. The property is great for walking our dog and sitting outside in the yard enjoying the views. Jaclyn could not have been easier with which to work. We plan to be back!"
