Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere....

"First class villa in a very noisy area at night. The road beside the villa leads to the beach road and the best restaurant in town so a lot of traffic late into the evening. Die Lage war top, ruhig, kurzer Weg vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft (keine 20 Minuten), kurze Wege zu den Stränden, Athen und umliegenden Städen wie Artemida oder Rafina. Einfach nur zu Empfehlen. "Beautiful property. Only one issue: People smoking on their balcony/terrasse/ around the pool are really disgusting. You're quietly having a drink on the terrasse and then you recieve a big whip of smoke, you just wanna vomit. Sorry. In 2025, smoking should be totally banned on all hotel premises.
