Housekeeping: the rooms were spotless, clearly cared for with pride. Food & drinks: quality, presentation, and taste — top class. Night shift: even at 03:00, I was greeted with a smile and felt completely at home. That says everything about the culture here. To the hotel owner and management: you clearly lead by example, because every team member carried the same spirit of service. To the staff: thank you — you made this stay one of the best I’ve had, anywhere in the world. Will I come back? Absolutely. Will I recommend it to everyone I meet along the way? Without hesitation.
