Super praktisk i forhold til lufthavn
Dejlig lejlighed. Totalt afslappet værtspar. Lækkert poolområde. Meget praktisk i forhold til lufthavn, og man kan på ingen måde høre fly mv. Davis Beach som er ret lækker ligger 5 minutters gang fra hotel. Bager og mindre købmand lige om hjørnet. Større supermarked 1-2 km væk. Større strandpromenade med masser af restauranter og barer 2-3 km væk.

Highly recomended
Close to airport in a nice suburb with beach and tavernas. Owner will pick you up for cheaper price than taxi. Extremely friendly host.

Perfect location for an overnight stay. My family and I had a flight to catch in the morning and the location and space was perfect for us. There is alos a lovely swimming pool for the kids!

Secret Gem
Villa d’Irene in Athens is a family owned property situated in a small town close to the airport as well as the beach. The owner Theo is delightful, he personally took us to and from the airport (for a fee). This is an older, traditional but well maintained property. There is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. The unit was clean and cozy, with a full kitchen, living room and a bathroom with a shower or relaxing oversized tub. There is a wonderful restaurant on the beach nearby. We enjoyed meeting and chatting with Theo. He is a very warm and hospitable host. Great ongoing communication with Theo via WhatApp.

Great place for a last night before flying home from Athens. The owner and his son were most helpful with rides to and from airport and in recommending a nearby seaside restaurant. Our unit was large, homey and comfortable. Recommend it.

Family was great getting us situated I. The eve bug when we got there and recommended late night restaurant. Was close and convenient to the airport which is one of the reasons we picked it but also because it was beautiful and had coffee the last morning on our way to airport on balcony with sunrise. Only feedback which really they have no control of is there were noisy dogs in the neighborhood but again we all have those neighbors soo would not keep me from staying again. Bakery they recommended in the morning on way to airport was fantastic. We miss Greece already thanks for being a part of our experience. Thank you George and your father.

Great place for a quick overnight between flights. Hosts were wonderful. Only complaint is the dogs barking all night outside.

The owners were very helpful and accommodating. They provided transfers to and from the airport and also to an excellent nearby restaurant . Chosen originally for its proximity to Athens airport, we were pleasantly surprised by the nearby, walkable sandy beach, the spaciousness of our apartment and a great pool.

Two night stay
Airport pick up and drop off friendly and efficient, done by family ,had to pay but probably cheaper than a taxi. Amazing Apt. 2 bedrooms large lounge, ornate furnishings and full kitchen,including microwave. Was an offer to drive us to a restaurant but we bought food at local shop and bakery.Enjoyed some home cooking after several weeks traveling .Would definitely stay again next time in Athens, enjoyed swim in great saltwater pool.

As a single woman traveling alone, it was extremely convenient to get off of the plane with instruction on my What’s App as to what I needed to do next. I called George, and he picked me up and gave me a mini tour of the area (how to get to the beach, where the pastry shop was, etc.) Arranged for a dreiver to pick me up from a local restaurant on the beach. amazing!!!I would highly recommend this place for any future travel.

The accommodations were very nice and comfortable although lacking a few basic items such as wash cloths (face cloths), hand towels, etc. Very small "kitchen" area, not really sufficient for food preparation. All in all, I enjoyed my overnight stay there.

Fantastic stay!
We had an amazing stay at Villa d’Irene! The hosts are personable and flexible, they solved some big time issues we had with our departure. We love the location near the beach. The room was nice and it was clean! There’s so much to do in the area, this would be a great place to return for a relaxing vacation!

I love thé view from the balcony, the sounds of the birds, the walk to the beach, the local cafes in walking distance and most of all, the very loving and helpful hosts. I feel like I’m in a dream staying in this villa. Wow!!

One night at this quiet property was perfect for me, easy walk to nearby bakery and the beach. George was a great host and highly recommend this property and use of the shuttle service to/from airport.

About 20K from the airport, seaside villa. The apartment was huge! Theo, the owner picked us up from the airport and took us back the next morning for a total of 50 euros. Wish we had longer to enjoy the area. Ate dinner at a wonderful seaside restaurant that Theo booked a ride there and back for us.

Excellent home on the beach clost to Athens
Theo is amazing, the home is beautiful, the pool is gorgeous although it was too cold for me to swim in this time of year (I am a florida girl and used to 87 degree pools 😊). Theo picked us up from Athens, dropped us at the most amazimg beach restaurant in his little town - literally maybe 15 feet from the beach, swt up transportation back to his home, took us to Poisidon's temple the next day then took us to the airport the next day. The level of service he provided was outstanding. It was a quick little 2 night stay at the beach but looking forward to coming back. Thank you Theo!!!

The Villa was great, very clean, close to the airport, and easy to find. The owner was extremely nice, communicative, and helpful. He waited up for us when our flight was delayed, turned on the heater ahead of time to get the room ready for us, and took us back to the airport first thing in the morning. The cost was only 20 Euros, about the same as a taxi. Very reasonable pricing and exactly what we needed during our short layover!

I had the best experience ever. I had the opportunity to know the most wonderful person in Athens. I was robbed of all my belongings but the owner Theo helped me in the best way possible. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to feel secure and well taken care of. The place was simple, clean and beautiful. You can even have extra persons for the price. I was delighted to be lucky enough to have rented the place. I recommend it 💯

I missed the cancellation by a matter of hours due to a misunderstanding. This property stated I could cancel by certain date. There was an additional clause of time to cancel by. Regardless I asked for forgiveness immediately, leaving weeks for the property to rebook. They waited until morning of to call and say they disagree and wanted me to cancel if I wasn’t coming.

You give us 2 and you dont come to see our properties. At the platform there is cancalation policy and need to respect guests and properties . We dont speak , We take message at the expedia platform and you ask through platform to give you free cancation because "change your plan". But for our rooms its close the availiabitity from 1 month before . Please respect the rouls , in expedia platform and in your life . we do the same all our life . with respect. villa direne

Stayed one night before catching a flight. Our room was large and had a great patio with a view of the sea. We were dropped off at a great restaurant next to the ocean with amazing food and service, then they picked us up. Hosts were very kind. Unfortunately no restaurants within walking distance. Bakery about a 1/4 mile walk. Great place for someone wanting to relax by the sea or overnight before flight.

Shot stay but highly recommended!
I love the place. It was a short stay because I needed something close to the airport, but I regret not to stay longer, the place is Away from the crowds VERY local, and there is a bakery near there with fresh and DELICIOUS food. Everything was perfect and clean! And the owners are very friendly! They really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
