The Villa:
At Ma Maison Acropolis Mansion you will discover Athens at its best. A fully renovated grand oldtown house consisting of two separate suites. N°7 is a 1510ft² 4 bedroom presidential suite with fantastic views of Acropolis, Temple of Zeus, National Garden & Lycabettus both from indoor and outdoor and an exclusive roof garden. The main archaeological sites will literally be on your feet. You can move everywhere by foot while the Acropolis metro station is just 10’ away. Ma Maison Acropolis Mansion Suite N° 7 is a unique suite with a private roof garden located in Mets, right in the heart of Athens. This is the right place if you want to discover the city. It is one of the most classy and sophisticated neighborhoods in Athens (often called as "Montmartre of Athens") with a lot of shops (supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shops, fruit markets, traditional Greek restaurants, pharmacies, etc.).
The suite is situated in a fully renovated grand neoclassical house with high ceilings. The 1240 ft² first floor has one living room, one dining room, one kitchen, one big hallway, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is an extra bedroom of 270 ft² (the fourth) located on the roof garden, which has an ensuite bathroom that is separate from the first floor suite. Just in front of the house there is an archaeological site, the temple of Artemis Agrotera. It has balconies back and forth and big openings with fantastic unobstructed views of Acropolis, Temple of Zeus, National Garden, Zappeion, Filopappou and Lycabettus Hills from the interior of the suite. Another unique feature is the private roof garden that can be accessed through an external staircase and offers the best views in Athens.
You can come very easily from the airport through Metro network. There is also a link through the Metro network from the port of Piraeus. Acropolis metro station is 500 meters away.

• Comfortable Italian design sofa and armchair. All the above can be enjoyed in a relaxing atmosphere with the help of the led spot lighting,
• Four smart TVs, one in every bedroom,
• Strong Wi-Fi high speed internet for you (+285 Mbps),
• Central autonomous natural gas heating system with radiators,
• 5 Air Conditions,
• Instant use of hot water through natural gas,
• Security door, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit,
• Modern kitchen with electrical appliances such as fridge with freezer, oven with hobs, coffee machines (Nespresso and filter), toaster, boiler. There are pots and cutleries, dishes, glasses, teapot, coffee kit and coffees (Nespresso and filter), sugar, tea (special kinds of Greece),
• 3 Bathrooms with shower cabins (one of the bathrooms has jetted shower cabin),
• Hairdryer,

Breathtaking view and close walk to everything

I stayed here with my parents, wife, and three kids (ages 6-13). We were a quick 20 minute walk to central Athens and all were t has to offer. The roof terrace was breathtaking. The pictures do not do it justice. The property managers communicated quickly and effectively. The property was clean and well maintained. No complaints.

Exceedingly Great Service

The team at MaMaison done a fantastic job of making us feel appreciated at MaMaison no.7. From the time we landed in Athens until the time we departed, there was great service everywhere we looked.The cleanliness was just another outstanding feature that we experienced. The apartment's location was also very conveniently located to numerous shops and restaurants.There were regular follow-ups to be sure our stay was satisfactory but it was never unsatisfactory. We also received multiple recommendations for site seeing and dining ootions that were also very helpfulWe would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone where views and convenience are a close second priority to luxury accommodations.

The View

If for no other reason, you should stay here for the view. We spend much time up on the rooftop living space just taking in the Acropolis view. Starting the day, with the early light, or ending it with the sunset or lite up views, there was always a reason to escape upstairs.The rest of the unit is very nice and met our needs well. Like with all properties, there are quirks and things that we would do differently with it, but none move the needle. We had a very nice stay, and feel that we may have had the best view in town.

Family trip to Athens

Our family of 4 had an amazing time on our first trip to Athens. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. Ideally located - short walk to all the major sites but not in the midst of the touristy area so it was a peaceful oasis at the end of the day. The apartment is beautiful - clean, well appointed and the view from the rooftop deck is even better in person than the pictures. Yannis went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful with exceptional communication and arranged for driver to and from the airport. He was fantastic- safe driver, on time and it was such a great way to start our trip to be greeted at the airport with smiling and friendly face. Made it all seamless and stress free. We had plenty of space for our family of 4- our college aged students loved the location too. Thank you Yannis - we enjoyed our stay and I hope we will be back again.

Amazing property and hospitality!

My family of 5 adults stayed in this beautiful and comfortable home for two nights in May 2025. Owner Yannis was extremely helpful with transportation from the airport and to the ferry port and was very communicative before, during and after our stay. The house is amazing, with a rooftop deck and living room balcony with incredible views of the Acropolis. We highly recommend Ma Maison properties!

Greek Odyssey in May

Our stay in Athens was fantastic. Not only was the weather great, this apartment was perfectly situated for what we needed. The roof terrace was incredible and had amazing views of The Acropolis, The Parthenon and The Parliament building. It was also 5 minutes walk from the Panathenaic Stadium and National Gardens. The apartment gave us everything we needed and even our private chef had everything he needed to cater for us! Yannis was an excellent host and would highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking to stay in Athens. I would also recommend you book their private transfer to and from the airport, although it was extra it really made a huge difference and meant we didn’t need to navigate public transport when we first arrived.

Stayed with 6 friends. Easy checkin & help with bags. Very clean with superb balcony as good as advertised pictures. Fourth bedroom with ensuite is up a narrow external spiral staircase accessed within the flat. Three bedrooms on lower level share 2 bathrooms. Located in a great area a short walk from all sights.

Excellent property and Host

This property and Yannis the host and airport transport provided were outstanding. The penthouse is gorgeous and location with perfect view of Acropolis and Zeus temple. Around the corner and down some ‘European’ steps is two markets, two breakfast/brunch places, and a very cool bar. Uber friendly for pickup and return. Brush up on operating European appliances… lol. Location is about 0.8 miles to the Plaka a location of local shops and great restaurants. I highly recommend Daphne’s for a great fine dining experience, located at the Plaka. The penthouse rooftop is gorgeous it was unfortunately too cool for us to enjoy it properly. I highly recommend this property for your Athens holiday.

Perfect Location & View

We chose this property for our stay in Athens based on previous reviews and the pictures. The roof view and bedroom is worth the price alone. The location of the property was perfect for access to all of the must see locations and the apartment was well kept and clean upon arrival. The hosts took care of our airport transport, relieving us of the hassle of navigating our way to and from the apartment with many large bags. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, which was very helpful with our small child. We highly recommend this apartment and thank Yannis and Rena for helping make our stay in Greece feel like home.

Excellent Apartment in Great Location

The apartment was lovely with a beautiful rooftop terrace. The view of the Acropolis was actually more spectacular than shown in the online photos. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance of the Acropolis and Plaka. We arranged our transportation with our host both from the airport and to the port of Piraeus. Overall, a lovely experience – highly recommend.

Unforgettable Athens Escape with Breathtaking Acropolis Views

This property provided the perfect home base for our Athens adventure! The highlight was undoubtedly the covered rooftop deck with its stunning panoramic view of the Acropolis. We spent many evenings up there enjoying food and drinks, mesmerized by the illuminated ancient structure. The interior was equally impressive. The bedrooms were spacious and offered ample storage for our luggage, which was a huge plus. While the kitchen was on the smaller side, it was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. And with three well-appointed bathrooms, there was never a wait for the shower, even with our group. But let's talk about that rooftop bedroom! It was an unexpected gem. Waking up to that view every morning was simply magical. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and provided an unforgettable Athenian experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and conveniently located home away from home with an unbeatable view.

Well located apartment with roof deck

Excellent location close to Acropolis but just outside tourist zone. Near neighborhood shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Both hosts Yannis and Tolis were helpful with everything and we used their excellent van service for transportation and a day trip out of Athens to a wonderful beach and Greek temple.

Walking distance of the Plakka

Great view of Acropolis from private rooftop deck is 1 flight up spiral staircase. Separate private suite attached to rooftop deck was a particular treat. Had some minor issues with VRBO communications which host went out of their way to compensate with during our stay. Air conditioning was excellent. 2 little grocery stores at bottom of hill which was handy. Host has access to private transfers and pickup which we used multiple times...even after out stay. Would stay with host again.

Amazing sunsets

We really enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop watching the beautiful sunsets with the Acropolis view. Ma maison was comfy, clean and spacious. The location was easy walking distance to our Acropolis tour, Plaka shopping, the National Garden, and Panathinaiko Stadium. Also some great restaurants less than 5 minutes away.

Athens Made Easy

The unit is incredibly clean and had pretty much anything we needed. The best feature though is the upstairs rooftop that has a beautiful view of the Acropolis and Parthenon as well as other significant landmarks. The location is fabulous - walking distance to a small market and local restaurants and the Acropolis and Plaka neighborhood. Perhaps best of all though was the easy and prompt communication with the owner who also provided transportation to and from the airport, port, etc. He was wonderful and made everything so easy.

Beautiful Penthouse in Convenient Location

We had a great time and the views of the Acropolis were amazing. The apartment was clean and well furnished. It was a short walk to many key attractions and great restaurants. The hosts were very helpful transportation, including a trip to Gold Beach (highly recommended!). Be careful with the dryer though - it gets a little too hot!

Walking distance to Acropolis with great view!

We just returned from our first trip to Greece - definitely won’t be our last! The house was just as pictured and fit our family of 6 perfectly! The host had great communication before we even arrived and after a flight cancellation and having to rebook, it meant we would be arriving in Athens a day early. Luckily, we were able to check in a whole day earlier and the hose arranged for our airport transportation which was also very smooth! The home was clean, quiet and everything we needed. We stayed in the 3 bedrooms in the main part of the home (didn’t use the bedroom on the rooftop) but the rooftop deck offered panoramic views. It was a quick 10 min walk to the base of the Acropolis and we enjoyed walking around the surrounding neighborhoods looking for places to eat. The home was modern, clean, AC and WIFI worked great and communication was excellent - thank you so much!

Family Trip

Such great views and an incredible location. Very spacious place for our larger group of all ages. The team was communicative and arranging transportation was a breeze. We would for sure stay here again!
