The Neighborhood:

This apartment sits on General Eugenio Garay in Villa Morra, one of Asunción's most sought-after residential and commercial neighborhoods. Nearby: Shopping Villa Morra, a retail and dining center on Av. Mariscal López, about 1 km (roughly a 5-minute drive); Shopping del Sol and Paseo La Galería, Asunción's two largest malls, clustered together on Av. Aviadores del Chaco about 2-3 km away (10 minutes by car); Patio Garay, a well-known local resto-bar right on General Eugenio Garay near Av. España, only a few hundred meters from the building; Plaza Naciones Unidas, a green public plaza roughly 1.7 km away for a walk or run; and Supermercado Real and Superseis, both with branches in Villa Morra for everyday groceries. Av. España, one of Asunción's main commercial corridors, is a short walk from the door.



Getting Around:

Villa Morra is served by several city bus lines (among them 12-4, 12-43, 15-3, 26, 30-2 and 56-C), with the closest stop on Av. España around a 7-minute walk from the building. Asunción overall is a fairly car-oriented city, so most guests find rideshare apps (Uber/inDriver) or taxis the easiest way to get around, particularly for trips outside the immediate neighborhood.
