"This place is completely falling apart. 3 years ago when I started coming it was in fairly good shape and the staff was good. On this trip I was put into a completely falling apart apartment with bugs in the corners of the walls, a pair of spiders that lived with me for 3 weeks, mirrors that were delaminated, TVs ripped from the walls, iron but no ironing board, no hair dryers, we constantly had to ask for toilet paper and gave up and bought our own, there was no outdoor/ balcony as described...

"Unico was a beautiful building in Asuncion. The unit was very clean and nice. The internet/Tv all worked without issue. The view from the balcony was stunning. Great experience, would definitely recommend."

"This was my favorite hotel experience. It is truly a family friendly hotel where you are the admired guest. Helpful, generous, caring and a great value. Convient to the bus station where all major cities are just a bus ride away for adventure. Short taxi ride to the center or airport. The home cooked family style food is my favorite memory for somehow thinking that you are back home at Mom's. Can't go wrong. I will be back."
