"My boyfriend and I were looking for a weekend getaway with our two German Shepherds. We found this beautiful log home!! It was beautifully decorated and it has an amazing dog friendly yard! Our puppies were free to play in the yard and explore while being completely secure. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again! The owner was very easy to contact and communicate with. 10/10 for sure! Very convenient to a lot of trails/forest for hiking if the heat cooperates!"

"Loved our stay! My husband and I came here after planning our wedding and ending his school semester. Such a fantastic place to enjoy doing NOTHING but also so much! We hiked, kayaked, hot tubbed and enjoyed the fire pit at night over looking the water. So peaceful and we will definitely be back!"

"Very peaceful, wonderful screen porch watching boats go by and listening to the waves lapping. Nice boardwalk through the grounds with interesting flora. I have to agree with others that the bed was not the most comfortable, however, we brought padding that we use for camping and it was much better. The bed was the only con, and the pros far outweigh that, especially since you can make it more comfortable. Really enjoyed the seclusion and quiet. We will come back!"

"The bed was not made the mattress cover was more then disgusting a blanket as thin as the sheets I had to put on the nasty bed bath tub was dirty toilet dirty full can of trash in the bathroom kitchen counters had stuff smeared all over them floors didn't look like they had been cleaned or swept in a very long time 1/2 roll of tp very disappointed the lake was great very pretty but would not rent one of those places again I took some pic but the bed was nasty!!!!!"

"The view is amazing, but the rest not so much. I would have preferred an additional seat other than the futon, it was very uncomfortable. Although empathized "no smoking", someone had smoked in the trailer and there was even an ashtray on a table in the living room. I saw roaches and a sock in the living room. I checked out after one night."

"Management was on site and available, very helpful and easy to work with. The cabin was campy, a bit older, but well maintained. Everything appeared clean, linens were spotless, and there were no bugs visible. The cabin is cooled by two window air conditioners one at the front, and one at the back. Thank you for making my escape comfortable."

"Crescent City is the kind of place that will gentrify one day soon, because it's delightful. We loved our stay in the Tiny Homes, which were comfortable, quiet, and on a beautiful setting right on a small marina on the lake. The sights and sounds were lovely, and we enjoyed BBQ on the waterfront, strolling on the long dock, and boat ride on the very beautiful lake. It is a very small town (we have family there) so we had no expectations, and we were pleasantly surprised. It was perfect."

"We’ve been coming to salt spring for about 10 years or more. While the resort is not as nice as it used to be, at no fault of the hosts, our stay at his cottage was the best experience we’ve had. He made we had everything we needed and more and took pride in making our stay enjoyable despite the weather and resort issues not related to his cottage. The view and location from the cottage is the best there is here and everything is very clean and more updated than others we’ve stayed in. My sister...

"The people were great. The location we great, we were only about an hour or so from either coast, 1 1/2 hours from Orlando and close to other attractions. Enjoyed the evenings were we would sit and look out over the lake after traveling around the area."

"We love Lake Broward due to the water being clear and very little boat activity on the water. Everyone enjoyed fishing off the dock and the nice beach area for swimming. Kids enjoyed the stairs to the water. We also caught a few bass from the dock. Thanks for sharing your place with us."
