"Booked two king beds and was given one king sized bed and a couch. There were bloody boogers smeared on the walls in 5 different spots. Front desk also preferred to help their own staff or answer the phones when I was at the front desk needing assistance."

"My daughter had an appointment in the area so we decided to go up the night before. We loved the indoor pool and the breakfast was amazing!! The rooms were really good. The only thing I didn't like is that most of their rooms are adjoining rooms. Since it was only me and my daughter it made me a little uneasy, but nobody bothered us."

"This is an extremely comfortable, clean, and lovely place to stay minutes outside Nashville, TN. You will find a pool, small but nice gym, and that the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and eager to assist. However, you will find the flatscreen tvs in the room are not smart TVs, therefore no streaming services are available but there is cable channels with crisp picture. Very quiet and close to upscale and well cared for properties, a Publix, Chic-fil-a, and Shell gas station extremely close...

"The only complaint and its a big NO for me is that the shower was not clean. I will be staying again and I hope this time I get a clean shower. The personal is super nice and helpful it was late and i just showered with my shoes because i was really tired to change rooms."

"Large clean room, well furnished. Comfortable beds, linens, and pillows. Large screen TV's. Very good shower. Excellent stock of cookware and utensils for the kitchen. Multiple high-speed elevators. Great location with many high-end restaurants nearby. The staff were courteous and helpful. Our only complaint: the luggage carts were in poor condition. They only had 4 carts, should be 8 for that size facility, and one of the two large carts had a broken wheel and would not roll when...

"This hotel was amazing. It was about a 25 minute drive from downtown Nashville but also super close to other cute and fun towns. Breakfast was great, with a variety of options—not just a few muffins and juice. It was pet friendly and the staff was so kind. "

"Felt very safe in this hotel. Perfect location not too far from things to do, and quiet as well. There were some stains on the carpet on the second floor hallway and it smelled like dog. The room did not smell bad, was really clean and I appreciated how cool the room got with the ac. Tvs need updated but I don’t mind the older channels. Breakfast was in a small space but really good. Not too many options to pick from but the quality of the food was good."

"The room wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival or after requesting it the next morning. The door was eventually fixed after two requests. The staff was nice, but the pool area had ants. The hotel seems to be undergoing remodeling, and overall the experience was average."
