"The room was clean but had a terrible smell; I believe it was from new curtains, maybe new carpet. We opened windows to air it out. Our neighbors had small kids that yelled alot but quieted down when needed. We like this motel alot. Love the location and prices. Housekeeping staff needs training on what the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door means."

"The building is old. With that said, it was newly painted. The bathroom was clean and bright. There is a residual musty smell, but I sprayed with Lysol spray and that helped. There was no staff in the building itself. The staff at the neighboring sister hotel was very helpful and friendly on arrival. The morning staff at departure was very tired and did not come to check me out until a second tenant arrived for his check out. The coffee cups available in that lobby did not have caps that...

"Always check the sheets 1st thing and it was obvious they were NOT changed prior to check in ( sand and pubic hair on them. Went to front desk they immediately gave us another room. That wasn’t much better ( dirty towel on the floor and food on the floor and yes took pics of everything) at this point we just wanted to get to bed. "

"Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change...

"The room was nice, clean and well appointed. The staff was great. There were nice attractions nearby and lots to walk to. The climate control wasn’t working but the provided plug in electric room unit kept us warm when the temp dropped. The bathroom sink was made for a tall faucet but only had a short one so washing hands was a big chore. I’d definitely stay there again though"

"Staff was GREAT !! .... like Really Great. Clean and well kept. Parking is a little tight but they have another lot a block away so it's not an issue. We'll stay there again !!"
