"Host, who lives on the property, graciously provided food on arrival and toured us around the area. The panoramic view of the nearby village and coast are spectacular."

"We (family of 5, 3 teenage girls) enjoyed our stay at this house a lot. It was extremly quiet, as no neighbours were around. The pool as well as the house were clean, and regularly the pool man Kosta came to check on it. The house itself is very spacious, large living room. You can walk by foot on a gravelroad to the beach (5min), where it's not a sandy beach, but the water is just perfectly clean and nice. We also enjoyed other beaches in the area, as well as visiting the archeological sites....

"The villa was great - spacious for 4, clean and well equipped. The views from the terrace were amazing. The ping-pong and football tables were much appreciated and of course the pool was fantastic. The host, Despina, was very welcoming and helpful. There are nice beaches nearby but bear in mind that you will need transport to get to them - and the local roads are narrow, winding and sometimes quite potholed. Overall, a very nice spot if you're willing to go slightly off the beaten track...

"We felt very comfortable in the house. You can find everything you need. It is simple but functional. The small and large works of art in and around the house make it cozy. The owners of the house live in the separate entrance below. We were warmly welcomed and because we stayed for 3 months over the winter, a very nice neighborhood atmosphere developed. "The villa is perfect for a family getaway, lots of spaces to relax and sit together but equally enough to have time apart. The pool is lovely and looks over the olive groves and out to the bay of Nafplio. The villa is a short drive away from stores and a 15 minute drive to nafplio itself. We enjoyed a lovely Greek dinner in the villa cooked for us by Theodoresa and friends. Thanos was a very helpful host, allowing us to check-in early and responding to all questions promptly. "The property is stunning, even more impressive than the pictures. Very comfortable bedding/living areas, 3 kitchen areas, central AC. The house can be thought of as three separate units technically, but can be all open as we had it, a lot of space for groups or families to gather together while also having some privacy. The patios are huge - we loved gathering on the top patio in the evening and stargazing while also having the view of Spetses across the sea. The pool area was also very...
