They did refer us to the 3 public pools, one of which was closed and the other 2 had an unknown wait time for over capasity. The YMCA requires membership, which the staff misinformed us about."

"There is no fitness center, and even though Expedia says you have free access to a nearby gym, you do not. The staff, for the most part, was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was nice. When we arrived, the AC was not on in the room, and it was very hot. After a few hours of the AC on the coldest level, it cooled off in the room. The bed frame is metal, and made lots of noise when you either got on or off the bed, but nothing major. The bath tub/shower had a broken stopper. I asked the...

"Everything went well from check-in to check-out. The room was great. The shower was outstanding! Great breakfast with good selections. I would stay here again."

"We were traveling to visit the NC Zoo and was able to stay less than 10 minutes away. When we checked in, the front desk attendant, Amber was very friendly and helpful each time we came to ask a question or for assistance. The continental breakfast was good but there were so many people in the area, it was uncomfortable to enjoy the breakfast. Maybe if the dining area was just a little bit larger, it would accommodate more families comfortably."
