"My stay at Sanna Boutique Hotel in Arusha was a perfect blend of comfort and modern design. The room was impressively large, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully laid out. I loved the mix of tiled floors in the entry and bathroom with cozy carpet in the sleeping area. The bathroom was a highlight - a true four-piece setup with a whirlpool tub, spacious walk-in shower, plush bathrobes and slippers, and a hairdryer. The only thing missing? A bit more counter space. "Rivertrees is a magical oasis of cottages nestled among the dense forest. A perfect place for R&R either before or after a safari (or both as we did). The staff is so so nice too. "

"Well-priced rooms with all the amenities that a weary traveler could ask for. Breakfast was varied and delicious, the grounds are lovely and it is a very safe environment. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond when we had a later arrval than anticipated! Would definitely stay there again!"

"Really nice hotel. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and nice clean rooms. The owner of the hotel is named Fred, and he is incredibly kind. He is very accommodating and showed us around the area. The hotel is within walking distance from the center, which is perfect, as it allows you to avoid the noise from the city. "Property was exactly as pictured. Even better! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were very accommodating. The owner was super sweet and made sure we were good. I utilized the rooftop bar, the pool and the laundry service. The property and rooms were very clean and comfortable! The food and drinks were good and the chef was nice! And our driver, Mike, was great! I would definitely recommend staying here and will be staying here again! "

"Amazing hotel! The staff is so great and helpful. The hotel is so cute and cozy. Everything you need is at the hotel, you really only need to leave for tours. It’s in a very local area (which I love). Highly recommend "

"The views of Mt Meru and the surrounding bush country were magnificent. The grounds include banana, papaya, mango, pineapple and avocado plants/trees, all of which enhance the experience. The staff were extremely attentive and polite. All speak English. We loved the food so much my wife wanted to bring the chef home (joking of course, but high praise). The lodge staff were trained as part of a program to provide a good livelihood to local residents who otherwise would have limited...

"Everything was just perfect"

"We had expected more. When we arrived and wanted to go to sleep the first night, we discovered that the bedsheets were not only dirty, but filthy and had to be changed. Everywhere you looked there were small things, e.g. the tablecloths in the restaurant had stains on them, and when the pizza I ordered had hair in it the waiter just raised his shoulders. We went out to explore the town, and when we came back the door to our room was wide open and no one around (I assume it didnt close properly when the room was cleaned). Luckily we were on the top floor and at the end of the hallway so nothing was missing. It also took 30 minutes in the reception and 6 different wifi codes to get the wifi working. If I am to find a positive thing then the laundry service worked and was on time and the aircondition works. "
