This is our second stay in this lovely apartment, we found it well furnished, clean, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. The pool area is never too busy and the grounds are maintained beautifully.We like the location - a 15 min walk to the beach, 2 mins to a grocery store & selection of restaurants. We’ve stayed in Palm Mar a few times and this is by far our favourite accommodation.Unfortunately on our last day we wakened to no electricity. A quick check with neighbouring apartments confirmed ours was the only one affected. The complex maintenance guy checked the fuse box and confirmed there was nothing obvious wrong, so we reported this to the apartment manager at 7:50am. However, the manager wasn’t in Palm Mar that day so told us to contact the owners son, who came to check it 7 hours later. He advised that there had been an administrative issue concerning payment to the electricity supplier so the connection had been cut off. Although we were moved to different accommodation by 4:30pm, it meant our last day had been unsettling (we were due to leave at 7am the next morning). We would’ve far preferred to have been able to stay in the apartment we booked, despite the alternative accommodation having a private pool and being closer to the beach.I’m sure this was a one-off though and it wouldn’t deter us from returning.The last day issue aside, I would thoroughly recommend Apartment Adama for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
