This spacious, meticulously renovated and beautifully appointed 450 sqm “mas” set in a hectare of grounds in the middle of 21 hectares of farmland is classed as a 5-star furnished holiday rental (Meublé de Tourisme 5 étoiles).
The garden features a 12 x 6 swimming pool with a shutter (heated from May to September inclusive), a pool house with a summer kitchen, and wide terraces in the shade of centennial plane trees.
A spacious entry leads to a living/reception room with a TV and a study area, a cosy sitting room/library, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. All open onto a shady south-facing terrace.
Upstairs are four south-facing air-conditioned suites and a bedroom. One suite with a bathroom is accessed from the main living room, the other three and the bedroom are accessed from the entry.

A cot and high chair are available for one infant.
A large carport with an electric car charger is available as an option (31.25 euros /day)

Short stays (3 days and more) are possible between October and April inclusive (Xmas excluded).
