Lejligheder i Arles

"Check-in and room keys only with smartphone.. It's too complicated and the help is very poor. You are dependent on having internet connection and a smartphone. Even though it's a double room, there is only one chair. They say city view but there is a view of a backyard. There is no door to the shower room. Nicely located in the old town, but there are no parking options nearby, so only use the hotel if you don't have a car. The room is small and hard stairs to climb.. "

"Godt hotel"

"Lots of challenges to begin with. Our reserved parking lot was occupied at our arrival (and once more during our stay). They asked us several times per mail about our arrival time even though we had given the information. No hot water so we needed to change room (but we negotiated a discount). One day they forgot to clean the room and coffee was not replenished (we needed to ask for this on a daily basis). Room was nice and well located, but all in all too expensive. "
