"The home is even more beautiful in person! We had such a great time here. We used uber to get around with very few issues, but a car would be useful to have since it is not located in the main area of town. The views are stunning, and the host Frankie is very accommodating and great at communication! I highly recommend this property! "

"The villa was lovely and the views were beautiful. I gave it a lower rating because of the lack of accuracy on how remote it was. On Expedia, it claimed it was a 3 minute drive from mistico hanging bridge park, 5 minutes from the wellness park and so on. However, there was nothing even remotely close within 30 minutes. Also, there was no mention that breakfast or dinner was to be pre-ordered. We arrived thinking we would be able to have dinner but the restaurant was closed. I asked about...

Muy limpio y acogedor con todo lo necesario. "Nice staf checking in. Dirty room, 1 of my pillows had 15 stains of yellow fluid ! Terrible breakfast, almost nothing to choose from, no waiter to serve you coffee etc., Hotel only survives for the Hot pools and a small infinity pool with beautiful view of Arenal. Also don’t expect to sleep, families shouting and at 6:00 staff start up a high pressure water gun and start a super noisy cleaning. Absolutely not worth the money, choose any other Hotel in the Neighborhood."
