"The biggest problem was that we lost power the morning of our checkout. Their generator on supports emergency lights. It was also a rainy weekend so there was very little sunlight. I couldn’t see much in my room and left a pill caddy and an expensive computer mouse. We were golfing in the resort so I stopped by on the way out to get them and they weren’t turned in. There was also someone checked into the room already. I still have ever heared back from them on my items."
