"Geweldig appartement. Ruim ingericht, schoon, netjes en van al het gemak voorzien. Wij waren er in April, buiten de schoolvakantie (US) en buiten het skiseizoen, dan is het wat afgelegen en niet druk bezet. Jammer dat het zwembad en de hot tub niet open was - alleen te reserveren 24u van te voren) maar het appartement voelde als thuis komen. Heel fijn ook dat er een wasmachine en droger was inclusief twee zakjes met waspoeder zodat je niet nog apart wasmiddel moet aanschaffen. Zeker in het...

"Very homey space, and the host is VERY accommodating and kind. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms gave three girlfriends privacy when needed, and also great gathering spaces such as the dining room, the living room and sitting porch. Clean, quiet atmosphere- even though surrounded by neighbors. Highly recommend Schönes Haus. "

"You can’t go wrong with this property! It has all the comforts of home and so close to everything you want to do in Gatlinburg. Three levels give plenty of room for gathering but ample areas for individual privacy. Furniture, appliances, and decor all reflect a mountain retreat and add that extra special value. Easy to find, easy to access, and great host communication make this one at the top of my list to return!"

"Everything was exactly as described in listing! Location, cleanliness and ease of check-in was perfection! The only downfall was that the cable quality on the tv was pretty bad....screens on both televisions were both very staticy and the wifi wasn't the best either but if you don't plan on staying in the room for much of trip, it wouldn't be an issue. Overall we would definitely come back!"

"Walking distance to downtown. A lot of steps from condo to the street. Beds are comfortable, equipped with everything, and has an elevator. Host was available and check in was easy."

"We had a wonderful time with our daughter and our two granddaughters. The condo was beautiful and clean and very comfortable after a day of hiking in the mountains. "

"This is a perfect location if you’re spending time in Gatlinburg. A 5 minute walk to the Convention Center! Communication with the host is prompt and friendly. It was nicely updated. The listing pictures are a little deceiving, as it’s much smaller than it looks. They’ve done their best to add many mirrors and lots of lighting to help it seem bigger. Although smaller furniture would also help. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because when we went to use the toaster oven, it obviously hadn’t been...

"The location was perfect as it was a 5 minutes drive to and from Dollywood. The unit was in good shape, bed was comfortable, and it was stocked with everything we needed when we showed up the first night. It was mostly clean but there was some hair in the shower and a couple pans had been put away without being washed. Overall, it was a great experience and we'd book it again. "

"Our stay was perfect! It was nice to be removed from all the chaos downtown Gatlinburg but close enough to get there within minutes. The location was ideal, enchanting with the water flowing freely below the building and serene. We did get the opportunity to see black bears during our visit, it was incredible!
